RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Because all items are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always make things right when an error occurs on our end.


ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

You may qualify for a free replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• Your item is printed incorrectly
• Your package is confirmed lost in transit


📩 HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order (or the expected delivery date).

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will issue either:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund to the original payment method.


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
• Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (please contact your local post office)


PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

All apparel is made to order. Please allow:

3–7 business days for production
10–14 business days total for printing and shipping

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees
• Import taxes
• VAT or brokerage charges

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the order is not eligible for a refund.


🇪🇺 EU & UK CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU & UK consumer law, customers typically have the right to cancel within 14 days. However:

This right does NOT apply to custom-made or print-on-demand items.

If your EU/UK order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

If a mistake is made on our end, we will always make it right.
If an item was produced correctly to your specifications, refunds cannot be issued due to the custom-made nature of each product.
